Lectures
Christian Science Lectures are approximately an hour in length and are intended primarily for those who know little or nothing about Christian Science. Their purpose is to explain what Christian Science is and how anyone can understand God to find health, peace, and harmony in daily life.

There is no charge for a Christian Science Lecture, and there is no proselytizing - one does not register or give one's name. Those who attend can simply come in and sit down. Often lecturers will entertain questions from the audience at the conclusion of a lecture, and they are always available for individual questions afterwards. Free Christian Science literature is also available.

The lecturers are experienced Christian Scientists who have spent much of their lives as full-time, Christian Science practitioners, working with people through prayer to solve the whole range of life's problems—illness, accidents, unhappy relationships--any inharmonious situation. Some lecturers are also authorized teachers of Christian Science.

Note: This half-hour program has a different theme each week. It usually consists of several interviews in which Christian Scientists explain how they were healed or met some problem situation successfully through Christian Science.
